Szułdrzyński, Zygmunt Wojciech (Sigismund Szuldrzynski), 1866-70 member of the 2nd Chamber of the Prussian Landtag, 1867 member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation. *15.10.1830 on the estate at Gutowy/Gutowo Wielkie near Wreschen/Września, †29.12.1918 Bolechowo/Bolechowo (województwo wielkopolskie), lawyer, lord of the manor. 1849: A-levels at the Maria-Magdalena grammar school in Poznan. Subsequently he studied law in Berlin and was made a Doctor of Law in 1853. After that he completed a course in practical agriculture and devoted his professional life to administering his estate at Stajkowo/Stajkowo (województwo wielkopolskie) near Lubasch/Lubasz. In 1863 he was the member of a secret committee to prepare the Polish January Uprising. In 1865 he became a member of the Centralne Towarzystwo Gospodarcze dla Wielkiego Księstwa Poznańskiego/Central Business Union for the Grand Duchy of Poznan, whose President he was from 1884 to 1891. In February 1867 he was elected to the constituent Reichstag of the North German Confederation for the constituency of Schroda-Schrimm/Środa Wielkopolska-Śrem. In 1872 he was a co-founder of the Bank Włościański, and in 1886 of the Bank Ziemski/Federal Bank in Poznan. He was a member of a large number of educational and cultural societies, as well as being the co-founder of the Towarzystwo Oświaty Ludowej/Society for Public Education  in 1872, which propagated education in the Polish language, lent out Polish books and periodicals and built up library stocks. In 1873 he was the chairman of the board of the Towarzystwo Naukowe w Toruniu/Scientific Society in Thorn, set up in 1875 by Zygmunt Działowski (Sigismund von Dzialowski, 1843-1878). The society promoted Polish science and culture and research into the Polish history of Thorn and erected a Museum for Polish Regional History in Thorn in 1881/82. In 1873 he purchased the estate at Bolechowo near Poznan, and henceforth resided there. Own writings: De origine ac progressu tutelae muliebris quae apud Romanos obtimich, Dissertation Berlin 1853.
