Owner of the estate at Groß-Jablau. In February 1867 he was elected to the constituent Reichstag of the North German Confederation for the constituency of Berent-Preußisch Stargard-Dirschau/Kościerzyna-Starogard Gdański-Tczew. He voted against the Federal Constitution. In August 1867 he was elected for the same constituency as a member of the Polish parliamentary group of the Reichstag.
