Kwilecki, Stefan hrabia (Stephan von Kwilecki, Stephan Graf-Comte Kwilcz-Kwilecki), 1877-87 member of the Reichstag of the German Empire. *29.5.1839 Dobrojewo near Samter/Szamotuły, †25.1.1900 ibid., lord of the manor. After completing his studies at the Maria-Magdalena grammar school in Poznan he studied at the Farming School in Hohenheim near Stuttgart. During the 1863 Polish January Uprising he purchased weapons in Belgium and went into hiding from the police for several months. Subsequently he ran his estate at Dobrojewo. In January 1877, in July 1878, in October 1881 and in October 1884 he was elected as a member of the Polish parliamentary group in the German Reichstag for the constituency of Samter-Birnbaum-Obornik/Szamotuły-Międzychód-Oborniki with majorities between 50.81% and 53.66%. picture: 1913, Internetowy Polski Słownik Biograficzny.
